The Law School Admission Council (LSAC), the organization that administers the LSAT, closely tracks admission statistics at all law schools accredited by the American Bar Association. Admissions data clearly demonstrate the heavy advantage students with high LSAT scores have in the admissions process. At Northeastern University School of Law, for example, the median undergraduate GPA and LSAT score of accepted students are 3.55 and 161 respectively, and the overall acceptance rate is about 38%. According to LSAC, Northeastern applicants with GPAs of 3.0 and LSAT scores of 165 are at least 71% likely to be offered admission, showing that above-average LSAT scores are of greater significance than above-average GPAs. Regardless of your undergraduate grades, rigorous LSAT prep will help you receive LSAT scores that lead to several offers of admission, which will allow you to choose from several great programs. Manhattan Review's excellent LSAT instructors will show you how to improve your LSAT skills and scores to create a much stronger law school application.

Meet a Lisbon LSAT Tutor: Dominic T.
Dominic T. is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (bachelor of arts in political science) and the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at the University of Arizona (juris doctor). He has been an instructor for group LSAT courses and an individual LSAT prep tutor in Los Angeles and Lisbon for the past 11 years, and he has now taught LSAT prep to nearly 1,000 students.
Dominic is also an experienced attorney who has litigated a number of civil cases in California. He frequently uses anecdotes from his legal career to highlight the role of the LSAT in legal education, and his students learn to appreciate the connection between the LSAT and real-world legal practice. Originally from Chicago, Dominic spends much of his free time rooting for the Chicago Bulls.
